KVKK Disclosure Notice

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Yazılım Ortağı (Istanbul, Türkiye) as data controller, within the scope described below. For any questions or requests, you can reach us at info@yazilimortagi.com.

2. Personal Data Processed

We only process the data you choose to share through our site:

• Through the contact form: your name, email address, the type of service you request, your (optional) budget range, and your message.
• Technical data: when you submit the form, your IP address is processed temporarily to prevent abuse (spam/bots).
• If you consent, anonymised usage/cookie data via Google Analytics 4 (such as page views and device/browser type).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, relying on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• To respond to your requests and questions, provide a quote, and manage the service relationship — establishment/performance of a contract and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-c, 5/2-f).
• To prevent form abuse and ensure site security — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• To measure and improve site performance via analytics cookies — based solely on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

4. Transfers

Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Limited sharing may only occur with the infrastructure/hosting providers we use to run the service and, if you have consented, with Google (Google Analytics) for analytics. Analytics data may be processed on Google’s servers located abroad.

5. Retention Period

Your contact-form data is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and for any resulting service relationship; it is then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, subject to statutory retention obligations. Analytics data is retained in line with Google Analytics’ retention policy.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion/destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to any adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can submit requests regarding the rights above by writing to info@yazilimortagi.com. Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
